This is a common issue for students.
The solution (unless there is a technical glitch) is that you need to ensure that you go through the entire "before you begin" section in the eLearning module. It is common for students to not scroll all the way down the page.

The system is set up so that it will not allow students to go too far if they have not gone through the Before you Begin section.


If this is the case, you can check by:
1. logging into the eLearning module
2. Clicking on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left-hand side of the screen (sometimes these lines are referred to as the 'hamburger')
3. Locate the "before you begin" section
4. check if the ring next to the section title is completely filled. If it is not, then click on the section and read/scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click continue or star module (not sure what that module has there).
5. If this is not the case, then please email support@iap.edu.au with a copy of this email and we will have tech support look into it ASAP
