WITHDRAWALS

IAP understands that sometimes life happens and students may need to stop or put their studies on hold. A number of options are available to you in order to help you, including:

  • The issuing of a Credit Note which you can use when you are ready to come back and do your course with us (Credit notes are valid up to 2 years from time of issue)
  • Extensions (up to 3 months without special consideration)
  • Deferral of Studies (up to 12 months - no access to your course during this time - fees may apply)

If you need to withdraw completely, you need to fill in and sign the Student Withdrawal form (click here to download the form) and submit it to support@iap.edu.au

You need to:

  1. Outline your reason(s)
  2. attach any relevant documents, such as medical certificates.

Withdrawals are processed by the RTO Manager and considered weekly, so you will not get a response immediately for your request.

REFUNDS

The terms and conditions of your enrolment (which you signed before you were given access to the course) clearly state in which circumstances a REFUND would be available to students. You can download your signed terms and conditions through your course dashboard.

Refunds are not available if we have already given you access to your course (that is you have logged into your student portal and have opened your course"). However, if you have not accessed the course at all, and you are within 14 calendar days of your enrolment date, then a refund is possible.

All refunds will attract a $500 administration fee.
