If you get a Not Yet Satisfactory (NYS) on an assessment, your assessor will leave a comment explaining why and will give you feedback on what you need to resubmit.

They are happy to discuss this with you if necessary.

Multiple choice and other auto-assessed questions can be attempted up to 4 times.

You have 3 attempts for each unit of competency (which could have multiple questions). If you need more than 3 attempts then you would normally be required to pay a fee for an assessor to assess your work again.
