If you are unhappy with any aspect of your studies, or you would like to lodge an appeal to an assessment decision, you can do so on the IAP Complaints and Appeals form.
Before submitting a complaint or an appeal, we encourage students:
- Read the IAP Complaints and Appeals policy
- Read the IAP Complaints and Appeals Procedure
- Speak with the facilitator/assessor involved (with an appeal) or the RTO Manager (with a formal complaint)
Complete all the relevant fields of the complaint or appeal and sign the form before submitting.
When you're finished, please email your completed and signed form to support@iap.edu.au, and please include in the subject of your email the words "formal complaint"
Once received it will be escalated to the RTO Manager who will begin the complaints and appeals process.
