IMPORTANT:

  • All mock clients must be 18 years or older (no exceptions). If your mock client is under 18 years or age, your submission will be returned unmarked, and you will need to resubmit.

 

  • You are to complete and submit one session recording and wait for feedback BEFORE going on to the next session.

  • If you are unsure on how to proceed or have any questions, please book yourself into a Counseling Study Support Group by clicking here.

 

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

Remember that practice makes progress. So BEFORE attempting any of the performance assessments you should practice and practice and maybe practice some more. You can do this with friends or family and other students.
 
We strongly encourage you to go to as many of the Monday practice sessions (held once a month) as you can (all students are already registered and you can access them via your student portal). The facilitator will help you with any issues or questions, and you will have space to practice these skills and session stages before putting it all together and submitting your assessment.
